How to Build Muscle and Burn Fat Quickly? This is a free healthy plan as a thank you for visiting my blog.  Mazen Farkouh  

  • Follow a balanced diet.
  • Never skip breakfast. It is necessary to increase metabolism.
  • Eat all foods in their portion size. It depends on your age, sex, height and body weight.
  • Avoid taking heavy meals. Instead eat the same amount of food 5-6 times a day.
  • Take a stroll after having food.
  • This will assist your body in building muscle fast and burning fat fast.
  • Have dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime.
  • Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses a day.
  • Exercise regularly following a good program that really work. You need not to follow a rigorous exercise routine to achieve your goal.
